Application Deadline: 9^th August 2010

STEP 1:

·         Dear Teacher-In-Charge, please:

·         Download the Application Form in Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) format.
Download the Application Form in Word Document (.doc) format.

·         (Click here to download Adobe Reader if you do not have one.)

·         Select a maximum of ten students to attend the Forum. The quota might be raised to pending response from other Pre-U institutions.

·         Please be informed that invitation to this Forum is based on quality of students' responses to the three questions posed.

STEP 2:

·         Please email the Application Form to ssrf@nuspa.org.

·         An ‘Group Invitation Letter’ will be sent within three working days.

STEP 3:

·         Do print out the ‘Group Invitation Letter’ sent to your email and bring it along for registration on the day of the Forum.

·         Please be punctual.

·         If your students are unable to attend the Forum, please inform the Organising Committee to amend the list of attendees.
